FAQ For These Banana Yogurt Frozen Dog Treats

Q. Do you have to use silicone molds?
A. No! These also work really well when you just use a normal ice tray.

Q. My dog likes sweeter treats, can I add a sweetener to these banana and yogurt dog treats?
A. This does already have a sweetness to it when you use a super overripe banana. However, if you would like it to be a touch sweeter, you can add 1 Tbsp of honey if you would like. Always use a dog-safe sweetener.

Q. Could these banana yogurt treats for dogs be made without using the flax? What is the flax good for?
A. Yes it could be made with just the banana and yogurt if you don’t have or don’t want to use the flax.

However, we used the flaxseed for dogs to add an extra healthy touch. Flaxseed is packed with fiber and omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. Both are good things to add to dog food or dog treats.
