Cheddar Carrot Dog Treat Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Baking Powder
- Plain Greek Yogurt (Unsweetened)
- Finely Chopped Carrot
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Oatmeal (Old-fashioned)
- A Large Egg
- Plain Chicken Broth
How to Make Carrot Cheddar Dog Treats
- Preheat the oven to 325° F.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.
- Mix the yogurt, carrots, cheddar cheese, and oatmeal in another bowl. Add to the flour mixture and mix to combine.
- Next, add the egg and the broth and combine.
- Take 1 teaspoonful of the dough, roll it into balls, and place it on the baking sheet.
- Using a fork, flatten each ball.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the treats are lightly browned and soft on the inside.
- Place the treats on a cooling rack to fully cool.
