Peanut Butter Pupcake Ingredients

  • A Large Egg
  • Some Peanut Butter
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Honey
  • Quick Cooking Oats
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Baking Soda

How to Make Peanut Butter Pupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a cupcake tin with 6-8 cupcake liners.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, vegetable oil, and honey.
  4. Combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, carrots, and oats in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the two bowls together until combined.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the cupcake tin.
  7. Bake for between 15 to 25 minutes until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean.
  8. Cool the pupcakes on a wire rack.
