Ingredients for Apple and Carrot Dog Treats

  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Oatmeal (Old-fashioned)
  • Baking Powder
  • Applesauce
  • Finely Chopped Carrot
  • Milk
  • A Large Egg

How to Make Carrot and Apple Dog Biscuits

  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the applesauce, carrots, milk, and egg.
  5. Next, mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Form cookies using 2 tbsp’s of the mixture to the baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes until the outside is lightly browned and the inside is soft.
  7. Cool the treats on a cooling rack until fully cool.

How to Store
